- 出于公共利益、科学或历史研究或统计目的的存档；或
- 确立、行使或捍卫法律主张。
您有权要求我们停止使用您的数据：
- 在任何时候用于直接营销（包括分析）；或

如果您行使限制我们处理您数据的权利，我们将在以下情况继续处理个人数据
- 您同意该等处理；
- 为行使或辩护法律主张而必须进行该等处理；
- 为保护其他个人或法人权利而必须进行该等处理；或者
- 出于公共利益原因而必须进行该等处理。
根据《数据保护法》，您可以要求获得您向我们提供的、我们以电子方式持有的您数据的电子副本，或要求我们直接将其提供给另一方。该权利仅适用于您已经提供给我们的个人数据，并不包含由我们生成的数据。此外，数据可携权仅适用于以下情况：
- 该等处理是基于您的同意或者为了履行某项合同；并且
- 该等处理以自动方式执行。

9.我们对您的数据进行哪些国际传输？

11.我们如何保护您的数据
我们尽最大努力通过采取适当的安全技术来保护用户的隐私。我们遵守严格的安全政策，该政策要求我们始终使用SSL和TLS加密标准对您的数据进行加密。我们的服务器每月进行一次安全补丁，每半年由第三方进行一次漏洞扫描，发现任何风险都会优先采取补救措施。我们对您个人数据的访问权限进行了限定，仅限必须获得此权限以便运营、开发或改进我们服务的员工、承包商和代理才能访问您的数据。对我们系统的访问须遵循行业标准密码规则并采用多重身份验证。

12.我们会将您的数据保留多久？
